Drop your bags.
Explore unburdened.

Luggage storage on Lugzo is charged per hour, and the hourly total never goes above the daily rate for your bag size.

• Small bag: ₹30 per hour, capped at ₹100 per day.
• Backpack: ₹35 per hour, capped at ₹130 per day.
• Large suitcase: ₹60 per hour, capped at ₹250 per day.
• You never pay more than the daily rate in any 24 hours.

Book more time and pay only for what you use: you are billed only for the time your bag is actually stored, from the drop-off QR scan to the pickup QR scan.

• Pick up earlier than you reserved and your final bill is recalculated for the hours you actually used.
• The hourly rate switches to the daily cap automatically, so a long stay does not cost more than one day rate per 24 hours.

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund as long as you cancel more than 3 hours before your scheduled drop-off window.

• More than 3 hours before drop-off: 100% refund.
• Within 3 hours before drop-off: 50% refund, which compensates the partner who held space for you.
• No-show (the drop-off window passes and you do not check in): no refund.
• Pay-at-counter bookings can be cancelled before drop-off at no charge.

Refunds go back automatically to your original payment method, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

• UPI and card refunds are processed through Razorpay.
• There is nothing to claim or file. The refund starts as soon as you cancel.

Every bag is closed with a tamper-evident numbered seal at drop-off, and the seal is recorded with a photo so there is a clear record of how your bag was handed over.

• The seal number is logged against your booking and QR pass.
• Your bag is held at a verified partner location, such as a hotel, café or shop.
• Only the QR pass for your booking is used to hand the bag back.

Your reservation is held until the end of your drop-off window, and you pay only for the time your bag is actually stored.

• Check in before the drop-off window ends. After that it counts as a no-show with no refund.
• To change your plans, manage your booking online or email [email protected] before your drop-off window.

Show your digital QR pass on your phone and a government-issued photo ID.

• Accepted ID: Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID.
• The QR pass is available in your account right after booking. No printout is needed.
