Verified partners
Partners are onboarded with identity and address checks before their location is listed. Only verified locations appear in search.
Tamper-seal per bag
At drop-off each bag gets a unique tamper seal, recorded against your booking. A broken seal is evidence, not a guess.
Photo custody record
Drop-off and pickup are photographed with timestamps and the handling staff recorded — the evidence that settles any dispute.
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 3 hours before your drop-off for a full refund. Cancel later and you get 50% back until your drop-off window ends. The terms you see when you book are the terms that apply.
